SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

For overseas, send via FEDEX or EMS. We will send freight cost to customer after receive the order, then customer send the payment (bag cost + freight) to our account. After receive the payment, we will send the goods to customer rightaway.

For Hong Kong, we can send via SF Express or to pick up the goods at our office.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are check the goods properly before delivery. If the product with major defect which not caused by human, such as visible scratch or dirty mark on product, rusty on metal fitting and broken stitch...., we are accept to change the product one against one.

The freight for the replacement good will be responsible by us and the freight for the return good will be responsible by the customer / the sender.
